In Dablice. It doesn't look like it from this picture but it's actually a pretty green neighborhood. And those buildings are painted in vivid colors. So much different than a decade ago.
Never ever had such a peaceful time like being in Prague. The photography makes me want to become more and more the window cleaner of the book called:Nesnesitelna Lehkost Byti - which I read and read again for years.
These are really wonderful slice of life b&w photos. Interesting about today's post. We have to take your word about the colorful buildings, just as we have to take the word of paleontologists that dinosaurs had interestingly colored hides.
your b&w's are all amazing and eye-catching...the cutest- Mr. potato (up close). hope you continue posting... already missing prague w/o your photos! ^-^

Patterns always look dramatic in black and white!

Oh, die unerträgliche Leichtigkeit des Seins! one of my favourites.
I grew up in a similar house in Sternberk (Morava), quite awful at that time (`68).
I found black and white boring and lonely...
Hey I just stumbled upon your blog. Love the pictures! I just spent 6 months in Prague and your pics make me ache to go back!
Thanks!
