Lovely textures in this photo! Glad you did it in monochrome. I like the statue too. St. Christopher?

Hilda, that's a difficult question for me. But I'll look for it next time :)

Nonna, thank you! :)

I remember these steps well! I explored them the first night I was in Prague, and when I reached the top, it was dark outside and no one was around, and suddenly I felt lost! At the exact same moment, my friend from Germany called me and I didn't feel so alone anymore. :)

I used to hammer up these steps every night during my first year in Prague (it's been almost four years since). I swore off use of the gym during that inaugural year in order to make use of the wonderful "city gym" which I had outside of my Stare Mesto apartment, which I miss terribly. It looks like I'll be moving back to the heart of the city, though, whereupon I relish the thought of hurtling UP the stairs again (starting all the way near the Czech Chamber of Deputies) to get my evening workouts, Rocky-style.

Thanks for this again, Honzo. You are a sharp talent with a keen eye for what's good in life.

Tvuj kamos z Prahy (a doufam ze o cizincu se nebojis, brouku),
