Escalators at Narodni trida metro station. It must have been late because there's usually more than one person.

Tesco store at Narodni trida street

Stairs inside Tesco store at Narodni trida street as seen from the tram stop "Narodni trida". This store was called "Maj" (that's "May" in English :) many many years ago and some people still call it with this name. But there's not many of those, who remember.

Lights at Tesco - Christmas is coming

There's a Tesco store at Narodni trida street. It has a grocery store underneath. And when you take the escalator to get up above the ground, this is the exact view you will see. I had to take a picture. It felt so... Christmas :)

Slavia cafe and National theatre

Slavia cafe may be Prague's most known cafe. Although cafe Le Havre - about 2 minutes from here, also at Narodni trida street, which is the street with the tram in the picture - is more popular these days. There's only one thing better in Slavia: the view on Prague castle. And that building on the right is National theatre.

Humanic at Narodni trida street

This store is here for so many years. So unlike the other places at Narodni trida street.

Dustbins on the street

Dustbins after being emptied. Waiting to be drawn in the house and to be filled again. Blurry building in the back is the new home of Prague city council. It's right at Narodni trida station.

Prague's Courtyard

This courtyard is right in the heart of Prague but still remains very peaceful. There are 2 cafes, a pub, a pizzeria and a very stylish restaurant here. So a plenty of options to choose from. If you go straight on you'll end up at Narodni trida street. On the opposite side is Skorepka street and my former elementary school. Strange thing is these places are grey and boring in my memories. But now all of them are glowing and full of life. And that's good for Prague :)

Coffee at "like at a construction site" cafe in the centre of Prague

We went along this cafe Metropol with my friend few days ago. It looked like it is just being reconstructed.

But it is not. It is only designed to look "as being reconstructed".

Sure, it is the most interesting place at Narodni trida now. And it has a great potential. But only if they won't finish it and make it look good :)
