Smíchovské nádraží and its surroundings is probably the latest place in Prague that will undergo a huge transformation now and in the next few years as they are building new terminal/train/bus/station here and also like thousands of flats in new development nearby.
Although those two photos could have been taken 30 years ago and they would look mostly the same as now :)
